Industrial cybersecurity is not enterprise IT security applied to a plant. Availability outranks confidentiality, a patch window may be a year away, and the consequence of getting it wrong is measured in safety rather than data loss. Everything we publish and teach starts from that reality.
Our work spans assessment and design under ISA/IEC 62443, sector frameworks such as CLC/TS 50701 for rail and ISO/SAE 21434 for automotive, and the newer ground of cloud and AI assurance. We contribute to the standards we assess against, and we teach from engagements we have actually run.
We work with asset owners, product vendors and system integrators. Client names stay confidential — what we publish is method and analysis, never someone else's security posture.

A control that stops the process is not a security improvement. Every recommendation is weighed against what it costs operations to adopt.
Confidentiality without exception
We publish method and analysis, never a client's security posture. No logos, no case studies that identify a site.
Teach what we practise
Our training comes out of engagements we have run. If we have not done it, we do not teach it.
Say the unwelcome thing
Advice that only confirms what a client hoped to hear is not advice. We would rather lose the work than sign off something we do not believe.
